Himalayan Pride is a  Uttarakhand Pahadi Aipan Art Company we are passionate initiative dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Uttarakhand through the traditional art form of Aipan. Rooted deeply in the spiritual and everyday life of the Kumaoni people, Aipan is a sacred folk art characterized by intricate white patterns made on red backgrounds — a symbol of auspiciousness, devotion, and celebration.

Our journey began with a vision to bring this fading Himalayan art to the forefront of contemporary culture. Through our handcrafted products, workshops, and community collaborations, we aim to revive Aipan as both a cultural treasure and a modern design element that connects people to their roots.

At Himalayan Pride, we work closely with local women artisans, empowering them with livelihood opportunities while ensuring that the traditional methods of creating Aipan are preserved with authenticity. Each piece we create tells a story — of mountains, mythology, tradition, and identity.
